In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" buyers have the right within 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return non-food products purchased in the online store a4pmu, provided that all the rules provided by the Law.
Goods NOT subject to exchange/return
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" goods are not subject to exchange or return if:
- The receipt (invoice), which was issued to the consumer at the time of purchase, has been lost;
- The product has already been in use and has scratches, chips or scuffs;
- The packaging of the goods is damaged or missing;
- The product belongs to the list of goods that are not subject to exchange/return.
The list of goods that are not subject to exchange/return includes the following groups of goods:
- Perfumes and cosmetics; Disposables;
- Goods for personal use (brushes, brush sets, sponges);
- Goods in aerosol packaging;
- Hair Accessories;
- Face and body care products.
Be sure to check the parcel upon receipt at the office of New Post for the integrity of the package, safety and availability of all items according to the receipt.
In case of absence of items in the parcel according to the receipt, immediately at the office of New Post, contact our managers and inform about the erroneous completion of the order. The manager will agree with you further actions.
In case of damage to the parcel and the goods in it during shipment, be sure to draw up a claim report immediately at the New Post office and inform the managers about the damage to the parcel on the hotline of the store.
By picking up the goods from the New Post office, you automatically agree with the quality and completeness of the goods. Please be sure to check the parcel upon receipt. Otherwise, the online store is not responsible for the safety and completeness of the parcel.
How to exchange/return goods?
You can exchange/return the goods in two ways:
- In our store in Khmelnitsky, Pribuzka str. 30;
- In our store in Kiev, Eugene Sverstyuka str. 4a.
- By sending the goods by New Post.
When exchanging/returning the goods in the store, the manager will assess the condition of the goods and the possibility of its return or exchange for the appropriate within the law of Ukraine. If it is necessary to make a return, the manager will make a request to the accounting department and return the funds in cash or on the details of the buyer's card.
If it is necessary to exchange/return the goods via Novaya Pochta:
- Inform the manager about the need to perform an exchange/return and the reason;
- Send the goods by New Post to the data provided by the store manager. The cost of shipment is paid by the buyer, except in situations where there is a factory defect and other defects due to the fault of warehouse staff/managers;
- Managers will receive your return/exchange and check the parcel for compliance with the rules of exchange and return;
- If an exchange is necessary - warehouse staff sends the appropriate item to your details. If a refund is required - the manager makes a request to the accounting department. Refund is made within 3 working days.
All actions related to the shipment of goods that are returned or exchanged are paid by the buyer, except for factory defects or warehouse errors.
IMPORTANT: All manufacturers reserve the right to make changes in the configuration, packaging design and characteristics at any time, without mandatory notification, without compromising the quality of the goods.
