England-KIAY Anesthetic Napkin.

Special anaesthetic napkins for permanent lip makeup, tattoo. Due to its composition quickly and effectively analgesic area of the lips, which allows you to make lip tattoo procedure comfortable for the client. It has analgesic, vasodilatory action and reduces blood flow. Ideal as a secondary anesthetic during the procedure.

Method of application: Apply a napkin on the lips. Leave for 15 minutes. After a time to remove the napkin and begin the procedure. If necessary, put the napkin on the lips again. It is allowed to use napkins for secondary anesthesia (use on injured skin).

Composition: Lidocaine - 4%; Tetracaine - 2%; Epinephrine - 2%.
