Next Level Mineral Lips Picasso is a professional mineral pigment for permanent lip makeup, supplied in a 5 ml bottle. It features a cool, muted dusty-rose shade similar to the PUPA 004 colour.
Picasso helps create a refined, elegant and natural-looking result. The shade is recommended for warm and neutral skin undertones. It is not recommended for cool skin undertones, as the healed result may appear excessively cool.
