Next Level Brow Pigment No. 1
Next Level Pigment No. 1 is a dark blonde (russet blonde) shade on an olive–yellow base.
- The lightest shade in the range, healing to a platinum tone without a grey cast on warm skin.
- When working on cool skin, we recommend adding LEVEL2 in a 50/50 ratio.
- Can be used for the first pass when covering old red or salmon tones.
- Super-concentrated pigment — always use a thinner/diluent.
- Each shade is unique and ready to use.
- Can be mixed with other colours to create custom shades.
