Lipstick is a Ukrainian brand founded in 2021 that has already become highly popular among permanent makeup artists and clients. The pigments of Lipstick are developed by one of the leading Ukrainian PM artists — Maria Mykhailova, who bases the creation of each color and shade not only on the fundamentals of chemistry but also on her personal experience.
