Updated LIK LIME cartridges

We have introduced an updated model of LIK LIME cartridges with a different tip design. Both versions work correctly and stably – they simply differ in construction and in how they feel during work.

1. Tip

• Previous model: classic, wider tip.
• New model: redesigned tip shape that provides clearer visual control and allows you to see needle movement more precisely.

2. Stiffness and solder length

The new line includes two stiffness options:

• HARD — 5 mm solder. Suited for artists who prefer a firmer, more elastic stroke.
• SOFT — 8 mm solder. Ideal for smooth techniques, gentle skin entry and soft shading.

3. New configuration

• 35 1RLTXT (extra-long sharp) — a configuration with a very fine, elongated sharp tip.

The ULTRA thin tip is especially suitable for hair-stroke techniques, where maximum precision and neatness are crucial.

Difference between MT and LT

MT (Medium Taper)

The needle has a smoother transition from the base to the tip.

• Softer entry into the skin.
• Suitable for delicate, fine work.
• Performs well on thin or reactive skin.
• Provides better control over saturation and helps avoid overpacking.

LT (Long Taper)

The tip is longer, sharper and enters the skin more precisely.

• Clearer, more controlled entry point.
• Faster color build-up.
• Ideal for dense skin, corrections and covering old work.
• Perfect for artists who prefer faster results and crisp contours.
