Description:
The intensely black Mark Wirlen eyeliner makes the eyes look expressive in just seconds. The product has a pressed powder texture, so it is easy to apply and economical in use. The rich black color enhances the eye contour with elegant winged lines or creates a lash shadow effect. The eyeliner can be used dry and may also be mixed with water. It comes in a pencil-shaped format that is comfortable to hold in the hand.

Directions for use:
Use a fine or angled brush to draw the line. Apply the required amount of eyeliner to the brush and draw a precise line along the lash roots. Start from the inner corner of the eye. The length and shape of the wing at the outer corner can be adjusted as desired. The lines will be perfectly thin if you slightly dampen the brush with water.

Result:
Application with blending creates a lash shadow effect, while wet application enhances the eye contour.
